Prior to joining Ken-Betwa Link Project, Shri Mishra was incharge of Dam and Head Race Tunnel (Adit-1) for the 800 MW Parbati-2 Hydroelectric Project, one of NHPC's most challenging ventures. His responsibilities encompass overseeing critical construction activities, ensuring project timelines, and handling procurement and technical operations. Prior to this, he has successfully held senior managerial roles across several significant NHPC projects, including Dibang Multipurpose Project and Kotlibhel-1A HE Project, where he managed powerhouse works, site supervision, and coordinated multidisciplinary teams. His professional journey began in 1998 as a Trainee Engineer, progressing through various positions such as Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, and Deputy General Manager, before his current designation. With more than two decades of specialized experience in hydropower development, he has made significant contributions to several prestigious projects, including the Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric Power Station (1500 MW), Koyna Hydroelectric Project Stage IV (1000 MW), Tala Hydroelectric Project (1020 MW), Indira Sagar Power Station (1000 MW), and Omkareshwar Power Station (540 MW). Through these assignments, he has developed extensive expertise across the complete project lifecycle. His core competencies include dam foundation excavation, tunnel excavation and construction, advanced construction methodologies, project planning and execution, as well as technical and contract management strategies that ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
